she
researches
grassroots
opportunities,
such
as
speaking
invitations;
drafts
media
materials,
such
as
press
releases
and
fact
sheets;
manages
and
plans
events,
such
as
press
conferences
and
announcements;
and
assists
in
reaching
out
and
placing
stories
in
the
local
and
statewide
media.

Entertainment

Partners
for
Sacred
Places,
Westrum
Development
Company,
Eagles
Youth
Partnership
and
Cradle
of
Liberty
Council,
Boy
Scouts

Ms.
Walter
is a
member
of
the
Center
City
Resident’s
Association
and
serves
as
co-editor
of
the
organization’s
newsletter,
The
Scene.
She
also
serves
as
Educational
Programming
Chair
for
the
Philadelphia
Public
Relations
Association
and
sits
on
the
Board
of
Directors
of
Philadelphia
City
Sail,
a
local
non-profit
organization.
Additionally,
Ms.
Walter
serves
as a
member
of
the
Activities
and
Outreach
Committee
for
the
Philadelphia
Young
Non-Profit
Leaders,
an
organization
designed
to
encourage
graduates
of
Philadelphia
area
universities
to
remain
in
the
region
and
provide
services
to
non-profit
groups.
Prior
to
joining
Ceisler
Jubelirer,
Ms.
Walter
worked
in
the
Saint
Joseph’s
Office
of
Government
and
Community
Relations,
where
she
assisted
in
the
coordination
of
community
outreach
programs.
During
her
tenure
she
also
worked
closely
with
state
and
local
officials
while
assisting
in
the
University’s
efforts
to
re-zone
and
develop
University
property.
Ms.
Walter
graduated
Magna
Cum
Laude
from
Saint
Joseph’s
University
in
2004
with
a
bachelor’s
degree
in
Political
Science.
She
is a
member
of
Phi
Beta
Kappa,
the
nation’s
oldest
academic
honor
society,
and
Pi
Sigma
Alpha,
the
National
Political
Science
Honor
Society.
In
addition,
Ms.
Walter
was
actively
involved
in
student
government
and
was
integral
in
reinstituting
the
Saint
Joseph’s
Chapter
of
the
College
Democrats
in
2002.
Ms.
Walter
received
the
Saint
Joseph’s
University
Political
Science
Department
Award
for
outstanding
academic
achievement.
