Colleen Shepherd joined Ceisler Jubelirer as Business Manager in November
2003. Shepherd is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm
including human resource functions, accounting, IT and media buying. She also
implements business planning and development strategies to help Ceisler Jubelirer
cultivate opportunities for growth.
Prior to joining Ceisler Jubelirer, Shepherd was a self-employed small business
consultant working with state and local clients including PennDot, USPS, Starbucks
and various local Chambers of Commerce. She has valuable experience as an independent
consultant for numerous small businesses for which she wrote business plans;
recruited, hired and trained employees; and managed a wide array of marketing
projects.
Shepherd was
formerly a Marketing Administrator at RXVP, a technology company focused on pharmaceutical
compliance issues. She has also been a Special Events Coordinator for the President
of University of Pennsylvania and an Executive Assistant to the Chairman of a
major Philadelphia law firm.
